Cyber threat groups actively seek to exploit HRI with privileged access to sensitive corporate data and decision-making influence. Where they are less able to exploit vulnerability in corporate systems, they turn to exploiting weaknesses in an individual’s personal cyber security
Our Personal Cyber Assistance Service (PCAS), with support of the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Cyber Defence services was developed to directly address the increase in cyber-attacks to high-risk individuals (HRI). We worked with the client to understand their concerns and appreciation of the threat and how it may materialise, along with the level of understanding of how to secure their own devices and accounts. We identified areas for improvement and actively assisted the HRI make changes resulting in reduced vulnerability to cyber-attack of up to 60% from their original state.

As a result of our engagement, the client’s overall vulnerability to cyber threats was reduced by up to 60%, with key improvements made across device security, account protection, and home network configuration. The client gained a clearer understanding of how specific threats could impact them and took confident, proactive steps to mitigate those risks. With the right tools, training, and support in place, they now have greater control over their digital environment and significantly improved resilience against future attacks.
