Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: June 2025

Introduction

Opliciti is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Opliciti currently falls below the threshold required to comply with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, but wishes to employ controls to align with its requirements.

Our Organisation

Opliciti is a cyber security business headquartered in the UK providing security advisory, security integration, security managed services and personal cyber solutions.

Policies and Governance

We have implemented the following policies to support our commitment to combating modern slavery:

  • Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
  • Code of Conduct
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Supplier Code of Conduct

These policies are reviewed annually and are communicated to all employees and relevant suppliers.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

Opliciti has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.  We conduct risk assessments to identify parts of our business and supply chains where there is a risk of modern slavery. Our due diligence process includes:

  • Supplier onboarding checks
  • Contractual obligations requiring compliance with anti-slavery laws
  • Periodic audits and assessments of high-risk suppliers

Training and Awareness

We provide training to employees, particularly those involved in procurement and supply chain management, to help them identify and respond to signs of modern slavery.  Our employees can report suspicions of slavery through the Company Whistleblowing Policy or externally to the Modern Slavery Helpline: https://www.modernslavery.gov.uk/start Tel: 0800 0121 700
